Yearly web based KYC submission for Directors
The Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Third Amendment Rules, 2019 have been notified w.e.f. 25th July 2019.
As per the said notification yearly web based KYC has been introduced for all Directors/persons holding (DIN) to be completed on or before 30th September, 2019.
Web-KYC will be verified by OTPs sent through SMS and email to the respective Director.
Gist of compliances involved are mentioned below:

| 3 | Those who have obtained DIN on or after 1st April, 2018 | DIR-3 KYC with no statutory fees | On or before 30th September, 2019 |
| 4 | Those who have already submitted DIR-3 KYC but needs to change details already submitted like address change |
(i) First to file DIR 6 for change in details with prescribed statutory fees (ii) Then DIR-3-KYC-WEB with no statutory fees |
